Special note on 'You can log in with “demo” and a password of  
“demo4me”'  - YAP (Yet Another Password) ???

'I'm not sure if this is the first application written specifically  
for OpenID' - me neither. I believe this is just another OpenID  
provider.

It would be an application written specifically for OpenID if it was  
a service like pibb or jyte that actually are built from ground up  
with OpenID in mind (and don't require a username and a password)
