[OpenID] uploading to openid.net wiki

Hi Kevin,
Both embedding external images and uploading images should now be
working.  To embed external images, you don't need any special markup
just put in the URL of the image.

If we get Goatse'd now it will be your fault. :P

This didn't work for me -- it just escaped the tag rather than including
the image.

Well, that's a problem with *all* wiki content, uploads or otherwise.
Seen the IIW wiki lately?
