[OpenID] IIW2007a Session Notes

Hi all,

I've created an area on the OpenID wiki to archive notes about the 
various OpenID-related discussions that went on at IIW. You can read it

I've created sections for the sessions I was at, and written up what was 
on the whiteboards based on some photos I took. I was going to upload 
the whiteboard photos too, but apparently image uploading is disabled on 
the OpenID wiki so I could not do so.

I encourage people to add in anything else they have from IIW that might 
be useful to refer back to in the future.
