Absolutely! This is what I'm trying to say all the way and I understood 
you fully well....More than that, I'm just promoting to create such a 
reputation service preferable as a community effort in order to try to 
gain the broadest support for it. So it doesn't have to be the first one 
nor the last. Obviously no RP can be forced to use it either....just 
provide the hooks for it in the standard (which you have partly done 
already) and libraries and let the RP turn it off or on.
