I know I'm the guilty one of creating lists, but considering the legal
list is already low-volume and trademarks are legal matters, I'd
strongly encourage the discussion at least start there. :)

Trademark discussions can be long and tedious (but of course, we all
love them) ... I wouldn't be surprised if there was a different list
for this.
