[OpenID] identity url suggested formats?

It would be valid.  Which way is "best" can be, if we wish, a source
of megabytes of religious argument threads, and maybe even a couple of
inconclusive user experience studies.

My own suggestion and preference is to implement the shortest one that
resolves the fastest.  Because I myself am not going to often actually
type it directly, but instead will just add it to my XRDS file.
