[OpenID] identity url suggested formats?

If you count the fact, that AOL deployed about 65(?) mio. OpenIDs of the scheme
http://openid.aol.com/<screenname>
and even
http://openid.aol.com/<user>@mac.com
into the field, you will certainly follow conventions if you go:
http://id.mayfirst.org/<username>
