[OpenID] The delegation story in OpenID 2.0

Having read/watched loads of blog entries, write-ups and talks from 
people outside of the core community, it seems that one of the things 
they keep raving about is how easy and great delegation is. OpenID2 
keeps the nice, simple HTML discovery though the "rel" attribute values 
have change slightly to indicate that version 2 is available at the OP.

For the benefit of people who will hopefully continue to evangelize this 
feature, what is the official term for this as of 2.0? I remember the 
discussion about canning the term "delegation", but not what the 
replacement name was.
