[OpenID] SEC: OpenID PHP server XTEA bug

Looks like I have a bug in the XTEA implementation in my OpenID
server. (http://taral.livejournal.com/147710.html)

I'm spreading the word that there is an updated version there. It's a
fairly small error, but I don't know enough crypto to be able to state
what the impact is.
