[OpenID] Dumb Question: Why aren't i-name brokers listed as OpenIDproviders?

Just added Linksafe.name.  It was pure oversight - didn't know that  
page existed :-)

BTW, not sure I added to the correct section on that page as I didn't  
quite follow the differences.
