[OpenID] Dumb Question: Why aren't i-name brokers listed as OpenID providers?

I was just looking at
http://openid.net/wiki/index.php/Public_OpenID_providers and was surprised
to see that none of the i-names brokers are listed as OpenID Providers. Why
is that?
