Hmm, I seem to remember we had a reason for putting it at
openid.net/wiki but its escaping me right now.  David: do you remember?
If there isn't a reason to keep it there, I say let's move it to
wiki.openid.net.

Agreed.  I hate to break existing URL's but now is the time to do it if
we're going to.
