[OpenID] Configuration Help?

I've set up my own openID server with phpMyID:
http://siege.org/projects/phpMyID/

I can authenticate using:
http://l-i-e.com/phpmyid/
as my openID

However, the HEAD LINK tags don't seem to work, as I can't just use:
http://l-i-e.com/

I tried tacking on 'index.htm' in the LINK tags, to no effect.

Turning on the error log yielded:

Any ideas what I've done wrong?
