[OpenID] Help to setup an OpenID server

Hi all,
          I'm trying to work with a project that i wish to be connected
using OpenID. I had downloaded the phpOpenID and set up the server with
MOODLE. But it is showing the error to authenticate the OpenId and when
tested using the openidenabled.com it gives "server internal error or a
misconfiguration". I have setup the server as specified in the
documentation. Can anybody help me with any requirements that i might have
fall short of or any other adequancy.
                   Please help me...
