[OpenID] Why doesn't this work?

I am trying to use <http://singpolyma.net/cfrmz/singpolyma3> as an
experimental OpenID.  It uses XRDS at <
http://singpolyma.net/cfrmz/singpolyma3/xrds>, which clearly shows
delegation to myopnid.com -- but myopenid chokes...
