David,
I'm not a native speaker, but:
1. Text is too long for me. It should be much shorter (1/3)
2. There should be one-sentence summary: but not: "OpenID is a way for
individuals to create identity online and use it anywhere OpenID is
supported." (average reader will ask "why I should create identity
online?"). While I know that SSO is just one OpenID service, it's
something reader can understand easily, so it should be emphasized.
And the largest websites supporting OpenID should be present, so that
reader would see that some webpage known to him actually uses OpenID
3. We should avoid acronyms "URI, HTTP, SSL" and cryptic names like
"Diffie-Hellman" in first paragraph.
