[OpenID] openid and acl's

Well, i did find this an interesting read :

I suspect they'll be pushing the Oasis SAML related specs tho'.I personally think it could all get very complex (these specs have evolved over years), whereas i suspect a lot of OpenID use cases are (at the moment) quite simple.
