[OpenID] OpenId from Desktop App

I did some testing on this by extending an OpenID provider with web service API's and having a list of trusted callers.
 
This would only worth my with a provider you have ownership of, but with some kind of trust network between providers, API's could be plugged in to provide desktop and smart client authentication.
