[OpenID] Profile image sizes

I looked at pavatar when it first came out and forwarded it to some folks
... If you look at the forums there are some discussions about limitations
with it and I'm not sure if they ever got worked out. Not trying to shoot
this down, just thought I would mention it ... It is the only decentralized
avatar proposal I've seen.
