[OpenID] Profile image sizes

Interesting. Yes, very much so.

They propose : "80x80 px in either PNG, JPG or GIF format" upload and 
using |<link rel="pavatar" href="http://example.com/path/my-pavatar.png" 
/>| to access it.

We will therefore go with this:

<link rel="openid.server" href="http://barnraiser.info/index.php/serve">
<link rel="openid.delegate" href="http://tom.barnraiser.info/">
|<link rel="pavatar" href="|http://tom.barnraiser.info/|my-pavatar.png" />|


...unless anyone else know of a better way.
