[OpenID] Dual_Auth

There seems to be much agreement about approaches to login(s) but we 
hadn't thought much about multiple OpenIDs per account.  Could you 
say why this was found to be useful (ie what kind of use cases)?  If 
we have multiple personnas when do we need multiple IDs?  Is it just 
so we can easily change ID providers?
