[OpenID] OpenID MediaWiki Skin

Hey guys,
So this is now up on the wiki, can be selected under your user
preferences.  Is awesome!

A few things I noticed:
1) Search buttons are over-escaped
2) User page doesn't show the user's OpenID identifier
3) Bullets and some formatting are funky (may require CSS change on
openid.net)

Once people play around with it more (and any issues are found/fixed) we
can switch it over to the default. :)

It might work for you.  Haven't tested it much, but it seems ok.
