Announcing OpenID Attribute Exchange Draft 2

The second draft of the OpenID Attribute Exchange service
specification has been released and is available at
"http://openid.net/specs/openid-attribute-exchange-1_0-02.html".

OpenID Attribute Exchange is an OpenID service for exchanging identity
information between endpoints. Messages for retrieval and storage of
identity information are provided.

Changes in this release include:
* added an information model section with some detail on attribute
   names and values
* added an optional "update_url" fetch request parameter to allow the
   IdP to notify RPs when attributes are updated
* updated references section
* minor editorial changes
