Barnraiser intregration of OpenID

Hi Gabe,

Thanks very much for your response. You won't hear much from us for 
another month or so while we get the next version alive, but once we get 
there I'll implement OpenID 1.2.0 into our code base. I might be 
bouncing the odd email up to list if we get stuck, hope that is ok.
