Python consumer session

The store interface is used for data that should be shared between
different operations; server nonces and assoc_handles both need to be
kept around for a while.  The session dictionary, on the other hand, is
used for things that only need to be kept for the duration of that
user's login process, i.e. the discovered information about the
identifier.
