New Wiki!

Well, we should pick something and stick with it. Wikipedia markup
seems overly academic to me (not a surprise mind you). The hyphenated
solution seems practical and won't look that odd as part of a URL
string. I'm not that worried about it, but I prefer the hyphen
solution.
