Might I suggest borrowing from (and enforcing) the microformats.org
wiki naming conventions?
http://microformats.org/wiki/naming-conventions
They are (minus one):
1. All lowercase.
2. Dashes between words.
I'd also recommend looking at the Naming Principles -- not directly
related, but important w/r/t to building on prior art:
http://microformats.org/wiki/naming-principles
Even if we don't use these conventions, developing them sooner than
later is advisable (and desirable).
