OpenID user experience (new mailing list)

As one of the folks keenly interested in OpenID user experience (and
who actually proposed floating the creation of this list), yes, I do
think that it's necessary.
For one thing, Google has set the gold standard w/r/t to SSO
usability, since, wherever you see that familiar GAuth account box,
you know what to do -- and you don't get bounced around endlessly.
Given that there are many nuances in the user flows associated with
SSO systems (some that haven't even been thought of yet), it does,
IMO, make sense to pull out this content into its own dedicated list
and archives and leave general@ for just that -- general topics.
