In terms of getting a "next release out" and in support of "mo' rapid
iteration"...

Granted I'm not familiar with what power such a change might have, but
I think slow, steady and deliberative work is superior to trying to
lump everything together in one mega-release and confusing everyone
about why certain decision were/weren't made.
