off topic - how many people use OpenID ?

The full jump to a new rev adds mental complexity. Current
2.0 naming hype aside, I propose renaming the existing
OpenID 2.0 work to be OpenID 1.2.

A dot revision implies compatibility with previous
revision, which fits quite well here. I also don't feel
that current drafts are more than a dot revision, but
that could be just me, of course.

Anyway, such a rename clears up the process of deciding
an upfront timeline and expected deliverables for future
1.x and 2.x efforts *before* any works starts.
