checkid_immediate Mode?

Excluding Brad's demo, I don't think there are any immediate mode
relying parties on the web. As OpenID gets more exposure, I'm sure
we'll start seeing some pop up.

A while back I implemented a very simple immediate mode rp.  It was
just to make sure the ruby lib was working properly in that mode.  I
discovered some annoyances regarding setup_url, which are outlined in
the proposal posted to the specs list last week.
