If I may express my personal opinion, it's definitely none of the above.

The favicon is an issue for about 5 development sites anyway, and the letter
i isn't yet universally associated with i-names.

I believe a logo redesign would hardly help anybody build an understanding
about OpenID, especially considering the suggestions.

I dig the Red Axe though. Great pun on World Domination by OpenID.
