OpenID MediaWiki Skin

Hi All,

I previously said that I was going to work on a MediaWiki skin that 
mimics the design I did for the main OpenID site. However, I've got a 
bit side-tracked and don't really have time to complete it soon, so I've 
attached what I have so far in the hope that someone else — perhaps 
someone a bit more familiar with MediaWiki than myself — can finish it off.

It references the stylesheets used for the BML scheme as well as an 
additional stylesheet that I've attached. On my test system here I had 
that additional stylesheet as the "Mediawiki:Openid.css" page for ease.
