New Site Design

David,
I've attached a simple change that uses the about page as an example.
I don't know where the repos is for the site (nor whether I have
access to it) or how it's generated, so I thought this would be
easiest. It just makes the top logo a link. Ultimately the logo
should be a smaller graphic if it's to be used as a link, but this
will be fine as a quick change. I agree with Martin that it would
make sense to have a 'Home' link as well. Both idioms (logo link and
'Home' link) are pretty commonplace these days.
