Translated mirror site permission request

Sort of thinking about doing an OpenID enabled Joomla install for the
site itself, then can have a wiki as well.  Would love to have
openid.net, openid.jp, openid.co.kr, etc all point to the same
multi-lingual Joomla install if that is possible.  Any Joomla experts on
this list?

Yes Yes, I really do agree to make the OpenID knowledge related sites
into wikis having multiple language support !
