[OpenID] Wiki problems?

Given how that server is configured (Apache 1.3 proxies requests back to 
Apache 2.0) I guess that means that Apache 2.0 fell over temporarily.

However, much like Drummond is is working okay for me now so I think we 
can assume it was a transient error, probably caused by some maintenance 
on Apache 2.
