[OpenID] OpenId 2.0 Libraries

Sorry if these have been answered elsewhere, but:

1.) Has anyone released any OpenId 2.0 draft libraries yet?  I'm
specifically interested in Java libraries, and would be willing to
contribute back (if appropriate).  There was some talk a while back that
sxip was working on this, but haven't heard anything as of yet.

2.) Is anybody writing open-source OpenID 2.0 libraries at the moment that
aren't on the openid.net wiki
(http://www.lifewiki.net/openid/OpenIDLibraries)?  In other words, does the
wiki reflect all current library implementation efforts?

3.) Has anyone thought about combining forces wrt to OpenId 2.0
Authentication implementations?  I don't know how licensing will play out
here, but it seems like in the same manner that various competing parties
decided to join forces around OpenId 2.0 (sxip, Netmesh, etc), it might be
worthwhile joining forces on the software side -- at least for the core
spec, and maybe even for extensions.
