[OpenID] Proposed logo redesign ...

In my personal opinion, the fatal flaw with the current logo, no matter how
it might be reskinned, is that it is so hard to distinguish at 16x16, which
is where we need it to be most recognizable.

I wish that were not true as it would save us time and energy, but I don't
see any way around it. IMHO the new logo should be designed with this as the
#1 criteria -- that was the origin of options A and C.

This is a great note; definitely list worthy ... :-)

This is a very interesting idea and one that maybe we should look at closer.
Are folks feeling more that we just don't need a re-design or is it that the
options just aren't knocking anybody's socks off?

Looking at what microformats came up with, I just love it and am compelled
to want to use the icons:

They also look particularly professional and fairly easy to understand
across language as well.  I'm not saying we need a whole icon set, just
curious if we found a better design, would that make a difference?
