[Openid-gain-poc] Prep for Thursday call

If possible we would like to get the documentation of the POC profile merged into the BitBucket repo this week.  If members could review and comment that would be helpful.  We don’t expect that it is 100% perfect yet but merge would be a good next step followed by future iteration.
