[OpenID - Eu] Conf Call OpenID EU 7th January

On the hind sight, I should have campaigned more actively. I did not  
because I thought it would be an easy win considering the amount of  
votes Snorri got last year, and I was super busy with OpenID Japan  
related activities, which I trust will appear as blog entries at the  
OIDF soon.

Anyhow, we have to work forward lookingly, so I have post my thought  
on EU representation on the board list in response to David's message.  
Your feedback is appreciated.
