[OpenID - Eu] OpenID open source and startup help

A note: Actually Snorri's idea was to keep country's web sites as close 
to openideurope.eu and OpenID community as possible, i.e. to put there 
some localized news, or even run a localized blog (maybe under 
blog.openid.xx) to catch native speakers. So running IdP on the main 
site is probably not the best approach. Of course things can be mixed 
and one can put both IdP and news there, or whatever.
