[OpenID - Eu] Have you already voted for the IPR change?

Hi.

There is an on going ballot to change the IPR process so that we can spin up
a working group easier.
Right now, we need majority of the vote with 20% of the membership as the
quorum, which is way too much for just starting the discussion.

If you are an OpenID Foundation member and has not voted yet, please do so
now.
Also, please tell your friends.
