[OpenID - Eu] OpenID in Europe

A while ago, I thought I read something about Romanian government making its
internet sites OpenID enabled by September or something. Has it happened?
What are the intension and the state of progress right now?

I also would like to get sync'ed on OpenID and eID use in Estonia.
