Please for this thoughts, you can use the EU Mailing List because (as you
know) we finalize the EU TM Policy and everybody can give their opinion.

 

We have already talked, confirmed by J. Scott and by my International IPR
office, we must use “TM” and no “(R)”

(please read the history)

 

The logo is now added on
http://www.openideurope.eu/policies/openid-trademark-policy/ with TM to the
top and right

When the ® is placed to the right of OpenID on the main logo.

a) Should it be black or orange?
b) Which font family?
c) to the top and right of the capital D or the bottom?

And or would you like to do Snorri and IE 

a) a png with the ® burnt in
b) a png with the TM burnt in
