[OpenID - Eu] German and Rumanian initiatives...

We just welcomed two new members to represent the European OpenID Community,

Lukas Rosenstock for the Germany and Ioan Ilie Rosca for the Romania. 

We gladly invite them to this introduce themselves and to talk to us about
