Hi all— Dean can’t make this call, so Mike and I will be holding down the fort. I propose we address the following topic, which deepens the recent conversations on WG chartering:


  *   Conditions for leaping successfully from CG (community group) to WG (working group that produces normative outputs such as specifications)
     *   What parties need to be/become stakeholders?
     *   What are the must-do outcomes they are seeking?
     *   Who is willing to commit to take part to make this happen?
     *   What are the necessary timeframes?
