[Openid-digital-directives] February 21 meeting - move to February 24?

Good morning,

The chairs met this morning and realized that 2 of the 3 chairs are unable
to attend the February 21 meeting of DADE.  If possible, we’d like to move
the meeting to February 24 at the same time (7 AM PST, GMT-8) when the
chairs are all able to attend.

Is this change suitable for everyone? We’ve already heard from one person
who cannot attend on the proposed new date.

We’ll make a decision no later than this Wednesday and communicate the
results to the mailing list and slack.
