Hi DADE CG,

I took a couple hours today to work through the planning guide
document.  The content has been slightly reorganized, and the language
normalized for tone and consistency. I used ChatGPT as part of this work,
followed by a manual review of the output and further editing.

OIDF board next week as we prepare to release the document in October, 2025.
