[Openid-digital-directives] Recent eKYC preso about delegation use cases

Hi folks,

Mark Haine and I have kept up a conversation about delegation of authority, and he suggested that I do a quick presentation to the eKYC group (which, as you may recall, is working on a spec<https://openid.bitbucket.io/ekyc/openid-authority.html> for claims that support delegation). The attached is a revised version of older UMA-related materials that discusses AI agent delegation along with lots of different person-to-person use cases. I’m happy to run through this on a future DADE call if there’s interest.
