[Openid-digital-directives] DADE CG Meeting Agenda for November 15, 2024

I have created an agenda for tomorrow’s first DADE CG meeting and published
it in our GitHub wiki
<https://github.com/openid/death-and-the-digital-estate/wiki/2024%E2%80%9011%E2%80%9015-Agenda>.
My intent is to have an agenda posted to the wiki before each DADE CG
meeting and to publish the meeting minutes in the wiki following each
meeting.

If you have any other agenda items, please bring them to the meeting for
the “Any Other Business” section of the agenda.

I look forward to our first meeting!
